BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), aims to raise awareness and to reduce the negative effects of construction and development on the environment.

MINDFUL MATERIALS

The Mindful Materials program was introduced to improve communication on transparency, optimization and disclosure in regard to the sustainability details for products and building materials.

GOOGLE PORTICO

EcoWorx products exceed Google’s rigorous criteria for chemical, material and product health scoring 13 out of 16 points.

DECLARE

Shaw Contract products constructed with EcoWorx Carpet Tile and EcoSolution Q face fiber are registered through the Declare program and classified as “Red List Compliant.”

HPD

The Health Product Declaration (HPD) enables manufacturers to present building product ingredients in a format that is consistent, transparent and in a common language consumers can understand.

EPD

An Environmental Product Declaration is based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data and provides transparency on the environmental impacts of a product from manufacture and use to end of life.
